>Place ones self infront of the steering wheel

>Grab the horn switch and pull, it should come unclipped

>Unclip the horn wire, you might need to pry it a little, its got a clip

>Remove safety clip

>Remove Bolt, use a puller to pull off the steering wheel. Before doing that, make alignment marks

>The black bit for the horn wire comes inclipped like a lightbulb, push and turn.

>To remove the disk, use a flatblade screwdriver in the 3 sloted holes and gently unclip

>Push back on the metal spider with two hands, while using a 3rd hand to pry the Damnit ring up, while
using a 4th hand to keep it from slipping into the Damnit slot. Don't wreck it. The spider will spring forward.

>Slide Spider and horn commutator plate off.

>Replace broken spring and re-assemble by following steps oppositly in reverse. I made a new spring from
one with similar dimentia I had in my shop.
