Form stripping

After the concrete is poured, and has been given time to set and harden, its time to pull the forms off. Each side is done in the same way.

Each of the corners has ties that get pulled off first. Top and Bottom.

After that, pull the top nails for the first stud, hammer it away from the shiplap thats nailed into it.

Next use a sledgehammer to tap the form away from the slab, so this by hitting it where the studs are. Some of the shiplap will stay stuck to the concrete, dont worry about it.

Next, with your foot, you can push away the rest of the wall.

Dissassemble the wall, take all the nails out of the boards before piling them anywhere, its not fun to step on a board with a nail.
You can use a crowbar to dig into the ends of the shiplap that is stuck onto the slab and pull it away, once it starts to come off, its really easy.
As the bottom plate dosn't come away with the rest of the form wall, be carefull as it will have nails sticking up.
This will leave you with the pour strip still in the form.

Catching an edge of it and pulling will cause it to come away easily.

After that I used a hammer ot chip away and chaff left from cracks and gaps in the shiplap etc.
